The Kitchen

Sky: The rain was still pouring outside. Luckily my shield was holding up nicely. Eventually we are going to fix that up.... Amongst the stillness in the room I heard a thump? outside. Everyone stiffened up immediately. This night couldn't get any worse. Or could it?

Naomi: I jumped at a loud thump. That was surely not thunder. "Um... Did anyone else hear that?"

Max: I turned toward the noise and instinctively stiffened. "I heard it," I said quietly.

Fang: "We should check it out...?" I suggested.

Max: I nodded, "We should."

Fang: "Okay, let's go." I started toward the exit with Max at my side.

Naomi: I followed Max and Fang.

Nudge: I sighed. We were getting so off track. We would never find out what had happened to Gazzy and Dylan. I followed the others anyway.

Total: I whimpered looking up at Angel. I didn't like storms. "Could I maybe stay inside?" I asked Angel.

(Oh, no Total. All alone... Tsk tsk. Hint, hint. )

Max: I walked over to the exit and out of the house.

Angel: "Ok Total." He didn't like getting his coat wet, or thunderstorms.

Iggy: Yeesh what could it be now?

Sky: Usually the sky looks so pretty but now it looks so sad. Bleh

Total: I watched the others leave. And the power went out. Yay.

Fang: We ended lying Alex down on the table since we didn't have anything comfortable in the kitchen. "Do you have wounds anywhere?" I asked getting out an antispetic and some bandages.

Naomi: I ran to the bathroom to try and find some towels.

Total: "Um...what's going on guys? Who's the new girl?"

Alex: I nodded, and lifted my arm to better show my side. "I don't know how bad it is, I didn't even know it was there until I decided to turn a few minutes ago." I shrugged. "And there might be others, I don't know," I looked over at the talking dog. I wasn't at all surprised, things like that were never surprising anymore. "I'm Alex...."

Fang: I examined the wound. "Hm... Well it looks pretty bad but it seems it's the only one." I directed the antiseptic spray at her wound. "This is going to sting," I said not sugar coating it as I started spraying.

Total: I watched.

Naomi: I came back towel in hand.

Alex: I shrugged. "It hurts already. I'll live with a little sting,"

Fang: I finished bandaging her wound and looked at Naomi so she would hand me the towel which she did. I hand the towel to Alex since she was still soaked. "I imagine you're quite tired..."

Alex: "Yeah. I guess I am," I nodded. "It's.... been a long day,"

Max: "It's been a long day for all of us," I agreed.

Fang: I looked at Max. "Do you think it's safe to call it a day for now then?"

Naomi: My eyes were wide. "Are you guys insane?! I mean, how can you even bare to sleep when there could possibly be a murder in your house that could either kill you or one of your flock?!"

Max: I looked at Fang and hesitated as I listened to what Naomi said. I sighed and shook my head, "No," I said, looking at Naomi, "no one else is in the house, and none of us here are murderers."

Iggy: If none of us are the murderers then who did it?

Sky: I put a hand on Naomi's shoulder. "It will be fine. Whoever it is probably won't attack again tonight." Maybe it would be best if we leave...

Angel: It's not fair. He was the only family REAL family I had. WHY.

(It's been so long since I've been on the site.... wow)

Fang: "I think we all just need to relax for a while so we can think clearly. We're not going to solve a murder half asleep. Honestly."

Naomi: "Well, I for one know I'm not going to be sleeping tonight..." I mumbled and turned to Sky.

Nudge: I yawned. "I think I agree with Max and Fang guys... We're all way to tense and all we're going to do is run in circles."
